Credit applications must be submitted by all new accounts.

All accounts are subject to approval based upon credit worthiness.

Belyn Key will extend wholesale pricing and 30-day terms to all accounts who remain in 
ORDERS

All orders are subject to approval.
•
Minimum order criteria: 18 units (per delivery)
•
Cancellations must be pre-approved and will be accepted:
•
45+ days from ship date for un-embroidered orders.
•
60+ days from ship date for embroidered orders.
•
Belyn Key reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders.
•
Belyn Key strongly recommends that our re-sale partners take delivery of each 
EMBROIDERY
•
Embroidery is available upon request.
•
Prices vary.
•
All sew outs must be approved.
•
All embroidered products are not returnable.
RETURNS
•
Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number.
•
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Belyn Key.
•
Returned merchandise must be returned in the same condition that it was shipped with
